Is there any function available or planned to add personal notes to contact profiles? I'm in contact with many different people in our organization and would like add a view notes for later calls or messages.
The Webex presence status works great within our company. But no presence status is shown for external people outside our company (e.g. free account users). Can other domains be somewhere added to see the status from those users?
