https://help.webex.com/en-us/pyham7/Enable-Webex-Meetings-Virtual-Desktop-SoftwareLooks like there isn't a 2nd agent needed on the Hosted VDI anymore (yay), instead it needs to be enabled sitewide or via a Per User Registry Key.
