I'm currently unable to ssh to any nodes after reserving a new sandbox yesterday. I cannot open even directly from the sandbox itself via web. Please assist https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/ea68e568-502a-4758-9a80-f3e3af69341a aurora@...

Yeah the VPN connection is up and running. The problem is actually for all devices in the lab. The always-on lab works fine though.

I still can't connect even using Putty, the connection times out. Tried reserving the lab afresh but problem persists
