Can't SSH to nodes in IOS XR Programmability Sandbox

I'm currently unable to ssh to any nodes after reserving a new sandbox yesterday. I cannot open even directly from the sandbox itself via web. Please assist

Hello, i have seen this a few times in the past, please cancel/end the reservation and spin up a new one. If this issue persists in the next reservation please advise.
