User does not have a personal WebEx account. When joining WebEx meetings as a guest, someone else's name is listed. We can see WebEx Meetings logged in with the wrong person's name - wondering where it is pulling this information from?
User had a shared WebEx Account tied to their WebEx Meeting desktop app. It appears that the name that showed up was the last person to use the shared account. Solution is to assign this user their own account.
