When I schedule a meeting in my personal room, the room name is always, automatically, placed into the Subject of the meeting. I have to cut it from the subject and paste it into the Location each time. How do I arrange for the name of the room to ...
I renamed my personal room but the original name is still placed into the email message when I schedule a meeting. How do I get the new name into all of the settings that need it?
I renamed the room in the preferences on the website. I scheduled the meeting in Outlook using the WebEx add-in. I have not investigated the meeting templates yet.
