We have a 3com 3c17205 PoE switch, we have replaced the 3com wireless AP's with Cisco 1231's, can we use this switch to power the 1231's?

We have had several 3com based WLAN's with dual SSID's using 2 methods of authentication - WPA2 & WPA-PSK on each AP. We have had to replace these as they couldn't take the environmental conditions. Is it possible to achieve WPA2 & WPA-PSK on one SSI...
