求华师京城的思科云端300系统简易设置方法

给各位大佬求助，学校安装的华师京城系统是思科的云终端，edge300，想进入系统的设置界面，但是接上显示器以后全部是卡在进入画面上了，恢复出厂设置也不行，求那位高人给资料或者有详细步骤，至为感谢啊！
