Show up the map with a "?" in Network Topology - Layer 2 View (CiscoWork)

hithe problem: CiscoWorks 2000 could not be able to discover the 2620XM and 1751!!! and it show the map with a "?" with device type (ciscoProducts.468 for 2620XM and ciscoProducts.326 for 1751)PLZ any one have iea about this ... Thankx
