I have the same problem for Macbook air, High Sierra 10.13.6. I wonder if any apple users found a solution to this very annoying problem yet. Thanks!

When I do this, I am getting this respond:No receipt for 'com.cisco.pkg.anyconnect.vpn' found at '/'.and I still cannot install cisco due to some remainders of files.Any ideas how I should proceed please? Thanks!
