This error is because I was in and RDP session on the machine running the AnyConnect. I logged directly on the workstation and was able to connect with AnyConnect client.Scott
Update: I think this is happening because I am behind a Cisco ASA 5505. I can connect from home and am prompted for credentials but I get another error stating VPN establishment capability for a remote user is disabled. Scott

The Arris Modem default Lan is 192.168.1.0 which is the same Lan as the Firepower. I will attempt to change the Firepower Lan to match the Lan for which it is replacing which might solve this issue.
