The L3 switch is actually a HP Procurve 5412 (and subsequently all L2/L3 switches). Firewall's, routers, wireless are all Cisco. I checked and of course the 5412's don't support PBR.....

yup I did, my monitor logging level is set to 7 as well but I get absolutly NO debug output to ssh, even from other debug commands like debug crypto. It all shows up at the console but not in my ssh session. logging is enabled.
