if you're using the Cisco D-Cloud lab, try vManage using username admin and password C1sco12345. If this is not working, maybe the admin account might have be locked from multiple wrong access. You can re-schedule the lab again and check...

cEdge memory issues may occur when
a) The router has used all available memory
b) The memory has fragmented into such small pieces that the router cannot find a usable available block.
