@ahollifield - TAC could NOT answer it either because they said that patch-4 is not yet available for them to test/verified whether it will actually work. In other words, their guess is just as good as mine

Well, yes and no. There are a few instances that I had remove the "hot patch" before I could install the next patch, and TAC confirmed it. I am just wondering if this is one of those things here.
