Trying to update CUCM BLFs via API SOAP AXL

CUCM:DB version=12.5 update Device Profile Using SOAP AXL APITrying to update Device Profile BLFs. It appears to succeed, but does not update.If I populate BLF directly in CUCM and then run the update; what was entered directly was removed.
