Deletion or changing the ongoing class setting

I checked the ongoing box when I should have checked a date to finish the class. Now students receive email notices. How can I edit this setting?

Last semester I entered my classes but forgot to set the end of the class. Now it looks like my students are getting emails to comes to class and it is over. Do I have to open the class? How do I delete these classes?
