Anyone that have these files that would like to share them with me? Need to reset them and they have a password that we forgot. EDIT: Wrong filename SPC.EXE
The whole point is that your solution does not work without the password. That why I needed the SPC.EXE to compile a cfg file for the webserver (since the phone read from a Web instead of tftp) I have solved it with a webserver and DNS changes.
