i did try using differnet browser versions and even resetting the sponsor portal to factory defulast but still have the issue.. seems that TAC can replicate this now so it is being looged a a bug if you have upgraded from ISE 1.13 to ISe 1.2 .. seems...

I checked the log fiels and can see the cammonds are being taken but not showing as a banner window as expected on the right hand side of the page for the 1st 15 seconds as outlined in the documentation...object updated: PreLoginBannerDisplay=true...
