Hello everyone, I'm trying to install Multi Domain Manager from the Cisco DC App Center: https://dcappcenter.cisco.com/multi-domain-manager.html but got an error after I upload the app on the APIC : Failed to install application Multi Domain Manager....

Thanks Robert for the quick answer, I was on holiday and couldn't access the APIC. My first try was with a remote account. I tried again with the local admin account but still the same error.
