Arris T25 Modem and IOS 15.4

We are trying to use an Arris T25 modem to access Comcast/Network unsuccessfully Has anyone else had issues with that combination?.

I have started a case with Arris ComScope. Hopefully we will have some consensus soon. So far the issue it is not compatibility but provisioning by COMCAST.
