I have a CT3504 running firmware 8.5.131.0. It was originally configured with WPA2/AES and a Pre-Shared Key. The person that originally set this up is gone and we have no documentation as to what the key is. Also I can't get the key from our handheld...

The only machines that I know that are currently connecting are some Honeywell CK-75 handheld scanners with Windows CE imbedded.

I don't get the option to add psk. After I click new and enter the create new WLAN and hit apply, it takes me back to the main screen that shows the WLAN's. The only difference is instead of wpa2 psk I'm getting wpa2 802.1x

I thought maybe I could even duplicate the settings into another WLAN on the controller but it won't allow me to change/edit the security on any WLAN's on it.
