Cisco ASA 5540: ASDM Not accessible

I have an HA ASA 5540 pair where the ASDM will not load.  I have configured an identical pair of ASA 5540 where it does work in the same environment.The ASAs are running 8.2(2)16...please see screenshots below for further information.  Your help woul...
