Cisco ASA 5540: ASDM Not accessible

I have an HA ASA 5540 pair where the ASDM will not load.  I have configured an identical pair of ASA 5540 where it does work in the same environment.

The ASAs are running 8.2(2)16...please see screenshots below for further information.  Your help would be greatly appreciated on how to troubleshoot this issue:

Please enable http access to your inside interface

http network  subnetmask INTERFACE
