Whenever I try to join a WebEx Meeting using my VVX401 it gets stuck in a loading wheel sequence:  Are these devices not supported for WebEx Meetings? If not then why does it default to them when joining a Meeting and is there a way to turn that off?

What is the Square icon in the red circle on WebEx mobile app? It's by the name of one of my contacts.Can someone explain what it means/does? Thanks!
