haha, in my company also have ~3000 cisco IOS device but i've never upgrade automatic. Just upgrade many one by one, but i think automatic upgrade also good idea

Thank Kanan Huseynli as i check on other model (C6509 and 4506) traffic also not symmetrical between each port of etherchannel (in case 2port, 4port and 8port member). i'll try to search bug IOS for this issue.
