doubt about the power level of 1300 AP

I've a doubt about the power level to set to follow European standard (100mW max) with an 1300 ap with 5.2 DBi omnidirectional antenna AIR-ANT2506..Can I leave the default (50mW CCK and 30mw OFDM) or I've to reduce the power in 802.11g settings to 20...
