My customer has paired his iPhone to his Cisco 8861 via Bluetooth, the line displays and shows connected but he is not able to make or receive calls on the line, is this by design or will the capability change once he ports over his number to Webex. 
User presses Transfer, dials number, presses transfer again but call does not transfer, it gets stuck on hold. (Caller hears hold music)
