pearson vue and cisco ID

I registered with Cisco and I gave my Cisco ID to teacher to register me for the Cisco exam ccna, and today I am shocked that my ID is not registered at Pearson vue. help me please what should I do?

If the IDs are the same, so why my teacher couldn't register me in Pearson vue, what's matter for me is taking the exam
