That's what I tried to do - all I got was a blank screen with a blinking cursor in the upper left hand corner. I tried unpluging the PIX for 30 seconds and a different rollover cable - still nothing.Do you think the PIX died on me?Joe

Thank you Mehrdad for answering.I can't get into the pix to do anything. Is there another way I can clear the flash memory configuration? Thank YouJoe
