两公司用C2911作为语音网关，IPSEC VPN建立局域网，通过内网短号通话。但是IPSEC VPN 在每次老化超时重新建立时，都会造成 网络卡一下，或丢一个包，立刻就恢复，可能会造成通话 掉线。想问下，C2911作为语音网关怎么调整可以 容忍这样的丢包，而不会中断通话？
