How to access Access List information through SNMP?

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to access a router's access lsit info (acl type, name, entries, stats) through SNMP.Using the SNMP Object Navigator I have found a MIB and OIDs that should allow me to do just that:  ObjectciscoACLMIBOID1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9....
