@sfiesta I asked the support and the answer is that it is a known issue because sandboxes have been used for Cisco Liveand need to be reset before becoming again available. Still waiting for this reset...

Thanks for the answer but points 1-4 cleared, no luck.Not sure how to contact the right support for devnet sandbox issues. The recommened action in case of issues is to post a message in this forum
