The issue was resolved by installing AnyConnect as a Local Admin and NOT a Domain Account added to the Local Admin group. Yes, that made a difference. Go figure...

What OS are you running and version of AnyConnect? It doesn't look like the latest (3.0.2052). I suggest upgrading to that first if possible. Also, what does the AnyConnect log say? It has its own log in Event Viewer.
