Since I bought the cisco modeling labs personal, I could not download cisco ISO and OVA. It requested reseller information, and all information provided on the invoice does not work. Can someone help me to resolve this issue?
It is still not working because it requests reseller ID. The problem is that the information on the invoice does not match when I want to associate my service contract to my Cisco.com user ID with Profile Manager.
