Yes. I ended getting the HTTP interface password changed by going into config mode, then issuing "ip http authentication local" then I had to use "username <name> privilege 15 password <password> ". Thank you for push in the right direction.

I was finally able to reset the passwords, and can now log into my switch via putty. But what we were try to accomplish was to reset the password for the web console. Is anyone aware of a procedure to reset the web console password, or set it back to...
