Are any of the AP`s in flexconnect mode? I recently saw that same experience with a customer that was running Flexconnect. As the client roamed from one IDF to another, it generated mac flap notifications.
When connected to the console, power the unit off and back on. It should display at the very least output during boot. If not, it may be bad firmware. If it was running 8.0 code I remember a bug around that version killing the 2504 models.
