I have installed DUO on Windows Server Desktop Experience servers, with no issues, but have been asked to demonstrate it also works on Server Core.
I have found an article which gives a step by step for installing on Desktop Experience servers...
Hi,
Solution is to copy the install file onto the core server.
Execute it from the command prompt and install the same way as on a GUI server.
