Looks like the management application is down.Ideally reboot should have solved the issue.But you should contact Cisco TAC for this issue, so that they can collect logs and check why the application is not recovering.Regards,Sawan Gupta
CPU usage is not the correct indicator of Load.You should check the 'Inspection Load" value. It will tell how much the appliance is actually loaded.Regards,Sawan Gupta
You need to regulalrly monitor IPS for events. If the Analysis Engine goes down, it will generate an event.Also, you need to collect show-tech and contact Cisco TAC to get the issue resolved.Regards,Sawan Gupta
