how to resolve error during showing in reinstall to amp secure 8.1

i'm facing some error during install updated cisco amp (endpoint 8.1). and old is already removed form pc. but showing error"upgrade can not install before need unstall old version".

latest AMP endpoint is block to google,Solution :- Please Rename to google eg- google1, google2. and try open this you have 100% sucess.

Amp endpoint 8.1 new version is not installing and showing error old version uninstall.
