I had this last night, for my issue it turned out that the server the job was running on was out of space.  Once they compressed the files, the job ran and completed normally.

You can add multiple jobs to a job event by clicking on the Associated Jobs tab.  And all jobs will have the same action you define under the Associated Actions tab.

You may just need to preface the login ID with your domain.  domain\userid
