Unfortunately, we can no longer use WebEx and will be searching for an alternative.We left iLinc because of the same issues, and copy / paste is such a needed function for our technical support needs.Was good while it lasted.
Resolved by making the client uninstall their version and then re-join my session. Once they opened the app you could tell it was different. After requesting to share screen 1, I was able to request remote access.
