Copy & Paste no longer working when remoted in and controlling client

We're experiencing issues with copy and pasting, including commands.

Most video conferencing apps won't let you do technical support in a session because of security concerns.  You'll probably need to get a technical support application like Atelier Web Remote Commander, Windows Quick Assist, etc.

I successfully reached out to their support team, who then contacted the development team. They inadvertently removed the copy/paste feature but have plans to reintroduce it in the next few releases. Our company has been utilizing WebEx for over 5 years, and it stands out as a superior solution compared to any support application we've tested, offering cost-effectiveness as well.

Serving over 500+ US and Alaska tribes, WebEx has proven to be the most user-friendly option for our clients. Although we've explored Atelier Web, the majority of our clients, approximately 99%, face challenges either with installation or significant latency issues, especially in the Alaska regions. Windows Quick Assist presents administrative complexities, leading to prolonged remote access setup times. Many of our clients are seasoned individuals with limited PC expertise. Our WebEx integration simplifies the process for them.
This small feature removal has caused such havoc.

Unfortunately, we can no longer use WebEx and will be searching for an alternative.
We left iLinc because of the same issues, and copy / paste is such a needed function for our technical support needs.
