As a hiring manager in IT when I get resumes for women, part of me wants to give them more consideration but then I think it should all be based on the interview, experience, skills, etc.  Curious what others think.

A number of real world cases where Thousand Eyes was very useful, the issue for me is justifying the expense to upper management with the realization that we haven't ever encountered those kinds of issues. Like buying insurance.
