I have implement new branch for customer using WLC 2504 x 4 units which configuration N+1 redundancy mode.
Which have 2 WLAN
1. internal WLAN (802.1X authen to radius server on HQ) >> This is work fine.
2. Guest WLAN (Mobility Anchor to HQ)

This issue was fixed due to WLC has not compatible on "Old mobility model" on WLC HQ but new branch has enalble "new mobility"
so i turn out branch WLC to use old mobility as same as WLC HQ and see mobility was up.
