So, do you think Switch firmware/OS need to upgrade to get rid of this issue?Or, is there any other way I can come out of this problem?

Yes Windows Server 2022 (Domain Controller) is configured as NTP server and other Windows Server 2022 domain node which are NTP clients are sucessfully synchronized with NTP server which is Windows Server 2022 (Domain Controller).
