I thought the diagnostic channel is used when you are having problems with that WLAN, i.e., that it creates a separate channel between the client(s) and WLAN for sending client-side diagnostic data to the WLC.Maybe I should back up with the question ...
i've seen this symptom twice before, each time with different resolution1. split routing (e.g., traffic goes in one ISP's line but returns on another's) on one of your routers (near or remote)2. mtu set too low (anywhere along the pathway)
