Hi, Our clients facing issues with Cisco AnyConnect while connecting first time in the office. It is fine outside (home, hotspot,etc) What could be issue..please help on this reqgard. Thanks, Manjunath

Hi Aditya, You mean to say that bxb-vpn-cluster.cisco.com URL should resolve before VPN connects? actually this URL, we are able to resolve after connecting to VPN AnyConnect. Thanks, Manjunath

Hi Aditya, When trying to connect from office, it will be able to resolve after 3-5 failure attempts to bxb-vpn-cluster.cisco.com. We need to keep try on this connect. Please advise. Thanks,
