Hi All The company I work for as a large turn over of staff and the staff that do work here often swap offices. So It would make it less confusing for all, if there was no assigned person to each extension Does anyone know, how this is done ? Thanks...

Thanks for your response.I'm unsure of the call control, the hand set is spa508g.I tried assigning number to the user profiles instead of individual names, however the system only allows letters. Choosing mobility will still not combat the high turn ...
