Hi Hussam,The customer opened a case with Microsoft and was told that an additional licence was needed.I can't remember exactly which licence it was, unfortunately, but I'd suggest checking with Microsoft Support.
Thanks for your question — yes, I can confirm the device is running fully in MTR-Android mode, and the whiteboard icon on the home screen is the Microsoft Whiteboard, not the Cisco Webex whiteboard.
