We recently purchased a few 187s, since the tried and true 186 and the equally awesome 188s are no longer available. (I can't be the only one who loved the backplane on the 188s, why did they stop making them like these?) I can make and place calls through the 187s but when it comes to sending and receiving faxes, both within my voip network or out of the PRIs, I get nothing. I configured the devices for fax pass-through thinking the t38 relay might have been the problem but that didn't do a thing. I am running UCM 18.104.22.168 with MGCP gateways going through 2 X6600 CMMs in my 6509. Here is the MGCP configuration on each CMM. mgcp mgcp call-agent 172.16.3.XXX 2427 service-type mgcp version 0.1 mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band mgcp rtp unreachable timeout 1000 action notify mgcp modem passthrough voip mode nse mgcp package-capability rtp-package no mgcp package-capability res-package mgcp package-capability sst-package mgcp package-capability pre-package no mgcp timer receive-rtcp mgcp sdp simple mgcp rtp payload-type g726r16 static ! mgcp profile default ! Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

UCM 22.214.171.1242-2 Hunt pilot #5615 Hunt list goes to 3 different LGs of 11 DNs, each with RNA of 15, Top Down, all hunt options are set to "try next, then next group in HL" I have an issue where a customer who has a phonebank and they want the phones to ring continously until someone answers no matter how long it takes. The problem I have is when a phone calls the pilot 5615 it rings through 2 of the line groups and goes to fast busy after 5 minutes. It doesn't even make it to the 3rd line group. I have tried changing the Maximum Hunt Timer to the max (300) and to null with the same results. Is there a way to make the hunt pilot forward back to itself after the 5 minutes are up? I tried entering the pilot number into the Forward Hunt No Answer destination to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. James.
